For now, Zoom is the platform I utilize to give realtime instruction, feedback, and encouragement!

We can work 1-on-1 or with a few friends/family from anywhere in the world for that TEAM effort.

Personal Attention

Every single session I will ask about your sleep, energy, and injuries and tailor our session to fit your immediate needs. Life happens, and the BIG DIFFERENCE from following a prewritten plan is that I will always be there to scale the workout and make adjustments on the fly.

Equipment

Have a body? That’s all you need to get started!

My favorite tool to add that’s less than $10 is a set of resistance band loops. (And of course if you have dumbbells or kettlebells I am happy to get into more technical practices.) But simple can be surprisingly effective.
